For Consumers under Smilepepper platform:
- Once you have pressed the 'Follow' button, you agree to share your information to the merchants, such as contact number, email address, address, gender, nickname, first name and last time, birthday, profile picture and location. However, in any case, your information may be already stored in your followed merchant local database, Smilepepper will not hold responsibility if your followed merchant(s) have sent the information through their own communication clients to you.
- At any point of time, if you deactivate the account, all your information will not be deleted in Smilepepper database in case if you want to reactivate it in anytime. However, in any case, your information may be already stored in your followed merchant local database, Smilepepper will not hold responsibility if your followed merchant(s) have sent the information through their own communication clients to you.
For Merchants under Smilepepper platform:
- You are not allowed to send spam, pornography and fraudulent content to the registered users/consumers through their private contact information - all contact numbers, email address, address and other relevant contacts information.
- If the user/consumers has deactivated the account or 'unfollowed' your business, the account will be deleted from your followers list. In this case, you are not allowed to send any information to the users.
- You are not allowed to write any false information for every content you have created and published.
- Smilepepper will not hold any responsibility and/or liability from every content that has been created and published by the merchant.
- Smilepepper team has the right to take off any content that are consist of unpleasnt, fraudulent, pornography and inappropriate information anytime.
- Smilepepper team has the right to terminate any unpleasant, fraudulent and scamming registered merchant account.
