Australian Wagyu MB9

This wagyu is bought from Australia, M9. Please keep it frozen immediately when you receive it.
Best way to de-frozen it
1. Put it in the normal fridge until it is soft.
2. You may continue to dry it in the fridge for another 6 – 12 hrs after it is turning soft for the best taste.

Best way to cook:
1. Teppanyaki style
2. BBQ
